Charminar in Day and in Night

One of the oldest places in beautiful Hyderabad city to visit is the Charminar.

Sultan Muhammad Quli Qutub Shah, the 5th ruler of the Qutub Shahi dynasty has built this beautiful monument Charminar in 1591

Charminar has four pillars/towers each facing different directions of the city, no matter from which angle you see you will be seeing the same architecture of the building. The architectural skill/intelligence was that great even 400 years ago.

Charminar is a perfect square monument, a beautiful piece of construction. Each side measures 20 m, and each of the corners has a tall, pointed towers known as minar in urdu language. These four towers are height of 48.7 m above the ground, commanding the landscape for miles around.
